I'm working to change that now, starting with Babe, which I saw in theaters with my mom when I was six, in the summer before I started not liking school all that much. Long after we got a DVD player, Mom found a copy of Babe in the Walmart bargain bin on one of our shopping trips, and we watched it together a handful of times.
Before watching it today, I don't think I'd seen it since my mom was alive, and she's been gone nearly 12 years now. It was likely closer to twenty or so years ago that I last saw the movie.
It was fun to rewatch, I got a nice jolt of nostalgia from certain scenes and from the dumb little mice. It was nice to be reminded of some of the goofier/more kid-friendly in-jokes me and my mom had with each other.
I figured I'd start with something cute and lighthearted, I'm not doing this alphabetically or in any real order at all.
